When will my rental be delivered and picked up?
Deliveries usually start around 8:00 AM and may arrive up to three hours before your scheduled event start time. Pickup normally occurs at the event end time and may take place up to two hours later depending on the delivery route.
Do I need to supervise the water slide?
Yes. Customers are responsible for supervising all inflatables during use. Attendants can also be added if you would like our team to manage the attraction during the event.
