Deliveries typically begin around 8:00 AM and may arrive up to three hours before your scheduled event start time. Pickup usually occurs around your event end time and may take place up to two hours later depending on our delivery schedule.

Do I need to supervise the water slide?
Yes. Customers are responsible for supervising all inflatables during use. If you'd like us to manage the attraction during your event, attendants are available as an additional service.
